Terms of Service

The baseline terms for using StableOps APIs, dashboard, SDKs, docs, and services.

Last updated: 2026-06-07
Service scope
  • StableOps provides non-custodial payment event infrastructure: order creation, chain event monitoring, confirmations, webhook delivery, audit logs, SDKs, and agent tooling.
  • StableOps does not custody funds, initiate transfers on behalf of customers, provide fiat ramps, or provide tax, legal, investment, or accounting advice.
Customer responsibilities
  • Customers must provide accurate configuration, secure their wallets and private keys, verify receiving addresses, and maintain downstream business logic for fulfillment and accounting.
  • Customers must comply with applicable laws, sanctions rules, KYT/AML obligations, tax reporting, and consumer protection requirements in the jurisdictions where they operate.
Service availability
  • Features may change, be rate-limited, or be temporarily unavailable as we maintain and improve reliability and compliance.
  • Service levels, data retention commitments, and support response targets are governed by the plan terms or a separate written agreement where applicable.
Fees and billing
  • Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and plan terms shown at checkout or in your enterprise agreement. Crypto-denominated charges settle to the addresses and schedule defined in the plan.
  • Unless otherwise stated, fees are exclusive of taxes for which you are responsible, and amounts already incurred are non-refundable when a plan is downgraded or cancelled.
Acceptable use
  • You must not use StableOps to facilitate sanctioned transactions, money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or any activity illegal in your or your users’ jurisdiction.
  • You must not probe, overload, reverse-engineer for circumvention, or abuse rate limits in ways that degrade the service for others, and you must keep credentials confidential.
Intellectual property
  • StableOps and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, APIs, SDKs, documentation, and brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them per these terms.
  • You retain ownership of your data and configuration. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate, secure, and support the service on your behalf.
Disclaimers and liability
  • The service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Blockchain finality, reorgs, and third-party RPC behavior are outside our control.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, StableOps is not liable for lost funds, missed or duplicated webhooks acted on without your own reconciliation, indirect or consequential damages, and aggregate liability is limited as stated in the plan or enterprise agreement.
Suspension and termination
  • We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, security risk, or legal requirement, and will aim to give reasonable notice where practical.
  • You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your right to use the platform ends; we retain or delete data per the privacy policy and any contracted retention terms.
Governing law and changes
  • These terms, the governing law, and dispute resolution may be further specified in a separate enterprise agreement, which prevails over this page where it conflicts.
  • We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after the “last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
