查詢商戶發票支付狀態

查詢 StableOps 商戶帳單支付狀態，核對關聯付款訂單與帳單結算結果，在使用者返回頁面或回呼異常時確認實際進度。帳單付款需要使用者錢包主動轉帳，建立支付請求本身不會結清帳單。應根據返回的精確金額付款，並在支付達到最終確認後核對帳單結算與訂閱權益。

讀取目前組織和環境的 StableOps 商戶訂閱設定，核對開票提前天數、帳單付款視窗與續費寬限期，避免混淆截止規則。這些設定服務於商戶向終端使用者提供的訂閱，不是平台自身方案。帳單到期時間、訂閱週期與付款訂單有效期各自獨立，調整前應核對催繳和服務暫停策略。
