查詢商戶發票列表

查詢 StableOps 商戶訂閱帳單列表，檢視帳期、金額和支付狀態，篩選需要跟進的未付或異常帳單並安排業務對帳。帳單付款需要使用者錢包主動轉帳，建立支付請求本身不會結清帳單。應根據返回的精確金額付款，並在支付達到最終確認後核對帳單結算與訂閱權益。

恢復商戶訂閱 POST

清除 StableOps 非終態商戶訂閱的期末取消標記；此操作不代付欠款，也不會將已經取消或過期的訂閱重新啟用。訂閱按週期開票，使用者仍需主動用錢包付款，自動開票不代表自動扣款。商戶應結合帳單結算、目前帳期及訂閱狀態管理服務許可權，不依賴前端返回判斷成功。

按帳單標識查詢 StableOps 商戶帳單詳情，核對金額、到期時間、關聯訂閱和支付狀態，為催繳或資金核對提供依據。帳單付款需要使用者錢包主動轉帳，建立支付請求本身不會結清帳單。應根據返回的精確金額付款，並在支付達到最終確認後核對帳單結算與訂閱權益。
