查詢商戶發票

按帳單標識查詢 StableOps 商戶帳單詳情，核對金額、到期時間、關聯訂閱和支付狀態，為催繳或資金核對提供依據。帳單付款需要使用者錢包主動轉帳，建立支付請求本身不會結清帳單。應根據返回的精確金額付款，並在支付達到最終確認後核對帳單結算與訂閱權益。

支付商戶發票 POST

為 StableOps 商戶帳單準備收款訂單，傳入接受的鏈與資產，並將返回的精確金額和收款指令交給使用者錢包支付。帳單付款需要使用者錢包主動轉帳，建立支付請求本身不會結清帳單。應根據返回的精確金額付款，並在支付達到最終確認後核對帳單結算與訂閱權益。
