查询商户发票支付状态

查询 StableOps 商户账单支付状态，核对关联支付订单与账单结算结果，在用户返回页面或回调异常时确认实际进度。账单付款需要用户钱包主动转账，创建支付请求本身不会结清账单。应根据返回的精确金额付款，并在支付达到最终确认后核对账单结算与订阅权益。

为 StableOps 商户账单准备收款订单，传入接受的链与资产，并将返回的精确金额和收款指令交给用户钱包支付。账单付款需要用户钱包主动转账，创建支付请求本身不会结清账单。应根据返回的精确金额付款，并在支付达到最终确认后核对账单结算与订阅权益。

查询商户订阅设置 GET

读取当前组织和环境的 StableOps 商户订阅设置，核对开票提前天数、账单付款窗口与续费宽限期，避免混淆截止规则。这些设置服务于商户向终端用户提供的订阅，不是平台自身套餐。账单到期时间、订阅周期与支付订单有效期各自独立，调整前应核对催缴和服务暂停策略。
