查询商户发票列表

查询 StableOps 商户订阅账单列表，查看账期、金额和支付状态，筛选需要跟进的未付或异常账单并安排业务对账。账单付款需要用户钱包主动转账，创建支付请求本身不会结清账单。应根据返回的精确金额付款，并在支付达到最终确认后核对账单结算与订阅权益。

恢复商户订阅 POST

清除 StableOps 非终态商户订阅的期末取消标记；此操作不代付欠款，也不会将已经取消或过期的订阅重新激活。订阅按周期开票，用户仍需主动用钱包付款，自动开票不代表自动扣款。商户应结合账单结算、当前账期及订阅状态管理服务权限，不依赖前端返回判断成功。

按账单标识查询 StableOps 商户账单详情，核对金额、到期时间、关联订阅和支付状态，为催缴或资金核对提供依据。账单付款需要用户钱包主动转账，创建支付请求本身不会结清账单。应根据返回的精确金额付款，并在支付达到最终确认后核对账单结算与订阅权益。
