查询商户套餐列表

查询 StableOps 商户订阅套餐列表，读取套餐价格与周期配置，用于管理服务目录并为创建订阅或变更套餐选择目标。套餐用于商户向终端用户提供周期性服务，金额以美元计价，实际结算资产在付款时选择。维护套餐时还需核对关联订阅、现有账单与后续续费行为。

标记 Agent 动作已执行 POST

将已批准的 StableOps Agent 动作登记为已执行并保存结果；未获批准的动作不能通过此接口跳过审批直接完成。会话与策略按组织和环境隔离，审批记录不等于实际链上付款结果。接入方应核对工具参数、当前授权与执行状态，保留可追踪的业务记录并限制敏感操作。
